Monthly Maintenance & Customization

List of maintenance services are listed in the individual packages we currently offer: Maintenance Package

Acceptable customization requests would include the following:

* Theme/plugin installation and/or updates
* Adding content to website
* Uploading images
* Image editing and re-sizing
* Editing of content

Unacceptable customization requests would include:

* Theme/plugin customizations
* Custom theme/plugin development
* Site design/re-design
* Structural changes to layout
* Copy writing
* Logo design
* Site migration


If you have questions regarding the nature of your customization request please contact us at bm@boxxmedia.com for clarification.

Development time can be used as phone support or actual development hours as stated in your purchased plan but all of the above are subtracted from any additional time purchased.
We will let you know if your time is nearing to an end and if more time is needed to complete your request. You will be contacted via email.

Overage

Overage time will be billed at our hourly rate of $60/hr (for subscribed members) or $80/hr (for non subscribers).

Termination/Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at anytime by logging in to your Paypal Account. Your service will cancel/terminate within 24 hrs of notifying us.

Refunds

We maintain a policy of no refunds. Due to the month-to-month, cancel anytime nature of this agreement we shall not be compelled to issue a refund, pro-rated or otherwise for any reason. We do reserve the right to issue a refund on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
